Who are we?

I started my first job in a large car dealership following a successful work experience during school. I moved my way up, gaining qualifications of NVQ level 3 advanced technician and master technician. I was later offered the position of aftersales manager. I have gained vast amounts of experience working in many roles and various car dealerships throughout the years. I have always loved challenging myself with new skills. So when a friend was undertaking his training for PDR it really sounded like something I would enjoy too, being a self confessed perfectionist!

Onto the PDR (paintless dent removal)…

During my many years working in dealerships I had seen the Dent guy come and work his magic, thinking some kind of trickery was involved to remove damage with strange rods and tools. Only after going through training and refining my own skills do I now know the detailed work and knowledge which goes into magically repairing a dent. Being ambidextrous and a perfectionist gave me a solid platform to build by skills in PDR. With the newest techniques and equipment, previously ‘unrepairable’ damage can now be saved from needing filling and painting. The challenge of the job keeps me hooked to this day!
